Are your products 100% authentic?
Yes, we guarantee that every product sold on our site is 100% authentic and sourced directly from authorized distributors and manufacturers in South Korea.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 7-14 business days. We also offer express shipping options that arrive within 3-5 business days depending on your location.
Do you offer international shipping?
We currently ship to over 50 countries worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination and are calculated at checkout.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns for unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery. Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on products that have been opened.
How do I check the expiration date of my products?
Korean products usually display the manufacture date (제조) or the expiration date (까지). Most unopened skincare products have a shelf life of 30 months from the manufacture date.
Are your products cruelty-free?
South Korea has banned animal testing for cosmetics. Many of our brands go further by obtaining official cruelty-free certifications, which are highlighted in the product descriptions.
